Переструктурирован проект. Сурсы вынесены за этот гит. Здесь осталась только оболочка

также был тест компилятора mingw, следующие ошибки:
- переопределение __INT64_C, __UINT64_C
- и еше какие-то проблемы с intmax_t uintmax_t
